2021 AKC National Championship presented by Royal Canin

December 18 & 19, 2021
All sports, hunting dogs, toys, non-sport competitions and children's shows will be judged on Saturday.
All functional, terrier, breeding, miscellaneous and best breeds will be judged at the show on Sunday.
The 2021 event will feature top dog athletes and will also include popular attractions such as the Best Bread Per Exhibition Competition, AKC National Owner-Handled National Series Finals, AKC Royal Canine National All-Breed Poppy and Junior Steak and NADD / AKC Doc Plunge. The show will
again feature AKC Agility Invitational and AKC Obedience Classics as well as junior events in each match.

COVID-19 Protocol Update
AKC will require Face Masks covering your nose and
Regardless of the immunization condition, the mouth should always be used indoors, except when actively eating or drinking. You need to be stable while eating or drinking.
If you are at the Orange County Convention Center for an AKC event or activity between AKC Event Week, December 12-20, 2021, you agree to comply with all AKC COVID-19 safety protocols.
Waiver & COVID-19 Self-Declaration forms will be required to be completed and turned in the first time you enter the facility.
An exit week may require additional health protection protocols from AKC. All information is subject to change at the discretion of the American Kennel Club.
AKC will follow COVID-19 guidelines from CDC.

Judge Changes for AKC National Championship
OFFICIAL NOTICE: Substitution of Judges.
Reference Chapter 7, Section 8 of the AKC Rules: The owner has the right to withdraw his registration and return his registration fee if a notice of his withdrawal is received half an hour before the start of any regular confirmation tests.
Mr. Juan Miranda will replace Mr. Robert Stein with Beaucens, Finnish Lapfunds, Norwegian Buhunds, Pulik, Pumik, Shetland Shepdogs and Spanish Water Dogs.
Mr. Joseph E. Gregory will replace the Caucasus (Spaniel) Black, the Caucasus (Spaniel) ASCOB, the Caucasus (Spaniel) party collar and Wearheard Weigslas in place of Ms. Pluis Davern, and will review the Bullmastiff Veteran Class and the Veteran Class Can Corso. Mr. William P. Shelton.
